1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original, unopened packaging.

The return must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

Proof of purchase (such as your order number or receipt) is required.

Due to hygiene and safety standards, opened or used sleep tapes cannot be returned or refunded.

2. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a return or refund, please contact our support team on the "Contact" tab of our website with the following information:

  • Full name and order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if product arrived damaged or defective)
  • We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • If approved, a full refund (excluding original shipping charges) will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
  • If your return is not approved (e.g., product was opened or used), we’ll notify you with a reason
